From the plan design to the first nails being hammered, Marty oversaw the whole construction crew, contractors and subcontractors, would negotiate the lowest possible price for the highest quality work and hold the workers accountable.

Marty was all-in and put such a high level of care into the build-out I was astounded. We had some custom brickwork done that looks amazing.  Part of that is because Marty made the brick worker do it over when it wasn't just perfect.  The best part was not having to manage all the contractors and subcontractors, so I could do life as normal while the house was being built. Every step of the way I had the full confidence in Marty's judgment with anything house-related and feel that the craftsmanship will last for generations to come.
